They send notifications when they will arrive and they check in with us to make sure there are no concern areas that we are worried about. I haven't had any bad experiences with these guys. I’ve had them over several times between regular visits to handle seasonal issues. And they never hesitate to follow up to ensure I got the service I needed. The owner of the company even took his personal time to identify a sun spider I found outside shortly after finishing my new build.You get the point. Fantastic company, fantastic employees, fantastic owner.Definitely consider Shakespeare for your pest control company.

Apart from excellent results and service, things that I found useful were appointment reminders, a simple payment platform, and assistance in targeting and resolving specific concerns I had with scorpions. I recommend them!
